Sneak Peak!

While my husband was away on business I rearranged the family room furniture ! It always seemed to work that way ... When my husbands gone I change things up ! :) I took a quick picture after I was done and if you look closely my daughter is in her favorite hideout with her baby doll. She cracks me up! ;)

More pictures and angles to come soon. I will be on the hunt for side tables and bookcases and/or display cases. My mom is planning to visit this week and our favorite hobby together is SHOPPING! Can't wait! Speaking of shopping with Mom I took my little ones shopping at target. And they both had their first Starbucks.

What girl doesn't love Shopping and Starbucks!

Grey and Beige Inspiration Board

I created this beige and Grey inspiration board ! Its no secret I love monochromatic color schemes! Espiecally in bedrooms. Nothing is more relaxing and peaceful than monochromatic neutral colors. The mix of patterns, scales and textures helps a neutral room stay away from being boring! All of the furniture, rug and pillows above are from Serena and Lily with the exception of the gold and white side table from Target , and bedding from Annie Selke Pine Cone Hill.

I would so love to bring this room to life!! Maybe I should start an E-design service !! ;)

Here is another grey and beige inspiration found on Pinterest and published by New England Home Magazine. I have searched for the designer of this room with no luck! Please share designer if known. I would love to credit them.

Blush and Gold Guest Room Inspiration Board

I put together an inspiration board for a guest bedroom for my sister in law who visits us frequently from New York City. I know she would love this room, I'm just not certain her boyfriend who comes with her time to time would enjoy staying in a blush room! :) There are also two "small" obstacles of me making this dream guest room a reality, The first is that it would cost a small fortune and my husband would have a heart attack. The second is that we are out of bedrooms in our house so unless we moved to a house with more bedrooms ...Im out of luck! So sadly this bedroom will have to stay an inspiration for now and Jamie will have to stay on our couch ! :( Below each picture I posted links to where to buy each item in case you become inspirited to ! :) Or we can just dream together! :)
