I bought this one of a kind vintage teddy on etsy of course :) the seller (Rileys treasure chest) used her grandmothers lace doily over the eye of the teddy. The listing stated: " Going through my grandmother's things I found a treasure trove of vintage fabric. Rather than see it go to waste, I wanted to create something that could carry my grandmother's loving spirit to others. My grandmother purchased the doily in Paris. " This beautiful teddy will have a good home

Piece by piece the nursery is coming together!

We are having a baby girl!!! We are beyond thrilled to have one of each ! Designing the nursery is so much fun! Piece by piece it is slowly coming together! I can't wait for the crib bedding to arrive and all the other finishing touches!!! My father helped me shop at antique shops and helped me to refinish all her furniture! The entire process has been so beautiful .... Working with my Dad as he helped to create his first grand daughters nursery!!! What a special experience!

My Dad and I went antique shopping for nursery furniture! What a beautiful experience picking out furniture with him for his future granddaughters room!!! Here is a sneak peak of what we found! We still have to refinish it all!
